Is it possible to install the energy suspension bushings (subframe) by myself, say without the use of a lift. If so, please enlighten me on how I would do so. THANK YOU

It's 100% possible. Just use jacks.

Are these the inserts or replaclements?
What's the condition of the current bushings?
If they're toast (like they were on mine) sleeves/inserts won't help.

they are inserts. i dont think mine are all that bad, however there is a loud thud noise in the back of my car when i slow down or shift through gears. but i had a mechanic tell me that was my rear blown strut....

Yep, mine did that aswell.
Felt like a bowling ball loose in the trunk.
I tried pineapples and aluminum collars but no good.
Here's why:

Hmmm... did you looked closely at those pics?
one of the bushings was severely cracked
and the other literally fell to pieces.
No collar/sleeve/pineapple will keep a subframe from moving in that condition.

Damn malarky. Your problem might even be worse than we expected. :(

yea im still not sure its my bushings. my strut is completely blown and doesnt even damper at all. so that could be whats causing my "bowling ball loose in the trunk" sound. god i hate that sound....

sounds like your rear subframe is slapping against the chasis.

^ yep, blown shocks would just make the rear jumpy and bottom up on dips.

alright alright. thanks for the help. theres that sound and my rear is really jumpy. sometimes when im just croozing it feels like the back is swaying into the front. if that makes any sense...

Mine are reeeeeeeeeeeeeaaal bad. I put the car into reverse on a hill and as soon as I let off the brake it felt like the entire chassis jumped off the sub frame and slammed back down. :(
