hello

would anyone have an idea what it says in this little plate?

It was on the inside surface of the trunk lid in my jzs147 Toyota Aristo.

Also had the text "Wild Heart" with a picture of a skull & crossbones painted on the front brake calipers. Any insight about that? A japanese tuning shop perhaps?

says kinkaihou 禁開放
in English it would mean something like do not open or "Prohibition opening" if ya ask Excite translator lol
