so on coldstarts my car starts fine, but after reaching WOT, going for a drive, parking, and then cooling down for at least 30 min or so my car struggles to start, after it finally starts everything is fine. What could be causing this?

So I replaced my dirty injectors with some clean ones and replaced my carbon fouled plugs and this didnt improve my startup at all.
I do notice that when i have that struggling startup that there is a strong odor of unburnt gas coming from my exhaust.. could it be either my MAF or 02?

Check and make sure the clip is on the ECT sensor, the two pin connector not the dummy light sensor. If it is on tight you should test the sensor. You can follow the instructions in the FSM, if you don't have that let me know and we can type up how to do it.
Will it start with the pedal to the floow when starting? Also pull the fuel rail with the injectors in. Then turn the key to the ACC position and pressurize the system and check to see if any injector is leaking. Let us know after you check these things and I can make some more suggestions but thats a good place to start.
Also if its running I would do a power balance test to verify all cylinders are working correctly.

try and replace your cts. if yours is bad i believe it reads temps of -40* Celsius so its dumping fuel

I usually see those symptoms with Z cars that have a problem with fuel boiling in the lines/injectors.
