wiring problem?

ok guys i have no idea what is going on with my car right now but i had a problem with my hks turbo timer so i removed it and now for some reason it sound like something is arcing when i turn off my car. it only tends to happen when the motor is running but once i turn off the car its the last thing i hear. i have narrowed it down to somewhere around the intake manifold or possibly the valve cover. i took the coil packs out 1 by 1 and it still made the noise. could it possibly be fluid being sucked in a hose? i havent had a problem starting my car so i dont know what it would really be.

did you completely wire everything back up the way it was before you had the turbo timer installed? check your wiring.

yes i did rewire everything back to how it should be...i didnt have the turbo timer installed but whoever did do it did some poor hack job... i got everything together tho..
