SR20det running rough

I got this car the other day with the swap already done just he couldn't get it running right.This is my second SR swaped s13 sold the last one 4 yrs ago and forgot most of what i learned already.
Symptoms all from neutral
Revs fine( goes over 3500 no problem)
idols around 1100 when it does
when u rev it it will come down either to 900-1100 idol or 250 and stall.
If i hold the rpms at say 2000 it will runn real sluggish. like its missing

What ive done.
3 diff mafs
Checked all wires
Checked the pump.
Changed the fuel filter
changed the sock.
Plugs were all black and i think the wrong ones. (ngk v power 8 r5671a)
New ones on the way.

When i pulled the pump the sock was loaded with rust and dubree. Cleaned out the tank and added new sock.The old filter was pushing out tan (coffee colored fuel)

Anything else i should check. Also its all stock execpt
FMIC
3 inch exaust
(stock elbow) have a diff with s14 o2 new yet to install.

ok so I changed the plus and seems to run a bit better. But still at less than half throttle rev it seems to be misfiring. Also if I hold and 1500 has a bad miss to it. Seems weird cause if u rev it fast it's fine.

i have the same problem.....idk what it is either....it idles and misses here and there....but the weird part is, is that the missfiring rate changes from time to time or in other words is misses more or less at every other light i stop at.....wtf could it be? its been bothering me for a while now

stock computer, stock s14 engine, new sparkplugs "the right ones" maf is working fine, coils possibly?or is it possible that my timing is slightly advanced?.....
