My temperature gauge needle keeps jumping and bobing like its dieing. Could that be the little temp sensor going bad? If so does anyone know what voltage it should be so i can test it?

at 140F, resistance of the sensor should be between 70 - 90 ohms.
at 212F, resistance should be 21 - 24 ohms.

possibly a loose connection. I would do as stated above.

If it's a S14 it may be your cluster. I just replaced the circuit boards and motor's in mine and everything works great now.
