I've got an '89 Hatch and was wondering if all S13 doors (the entire thing) are interchangeable. I've currently got power windows, is it possible to swap in a manual window door? Would that involve either cutting the wires/tucking them away somewhere? Without the power window door is it still possible to keep power side windows functional?

yes they are the same, and yes you can use manual window doors... if u decide to keep the power windows just change everything from the power to the non-power door...

sounds like a oyxmoron.
Oh and to the OP...
Put the tools down, step back from the car. You are now being relieved from attempting to work on your own car. You have the right to a mechanic if you cannot afford one, one may be appointed to you.
Anything you do? Can and will be used against you, in the court of better judgment.

lol, sorry about that, awkward wording. The side view mirrors are power operated - with a manual door will it still be possible to keep the power operated side view mirrors? Or will the no longer have any power.
Also, can you swap out the locks on the doors so I can still use the same key?

you can swap your power parts into the doors, several members have done it. Same with the mirrors. Its mainly about running the wiring.

Just leave the harness in the new door and tape off the window plugs if you want to keep power mirrors. The key cylinder is held in the door handle by a spring clip, remove the handle first then swap the cylinders.

Thanks for the info! Is removing the door handle pretty straight forward (i.e. once I take out the door panel I'll see what's holding it on)?

Two M8 nuts on either end, then you unclip the lock and pull rods from the handle.
