Z32...S14...need help

simple question, haven't ive herd rumors though...

take a Z32 AT bell housing, slap onto a s14 s14 AT Tranny = Z32 working transmission...


anyone?

i need to know this

i honestly don't know, but i think it wouldn't be to far fetched seeing as how many parts are interchangeable in the Nissan world :wan:

I don't remember exactly...
but I'm pretty sure the z32 tranny minus the bell housing
is a lot shorter than the KA tranny without its bell housing

If I remember correctly, an adapter plate is used to mate the two parts.

yea i was thinking similar, but ithought it might be the gear box not the transmission

i think mazworks has them, if i remember correctly they have a few kits to mate different trannys up

Close. The Z32 NA automatic is the same unit as the S13/S14, so just swap the bellhousing. The automatic for the TT is a different unit and will not work with the Schassis, even after swapping parts.
