well i tried the "washer" method of doing subframe spacers and it worked out great. I don't know if these are better, not as good or just as good as the other ones listed in that group buy a while ago. I will say that it has made a vast improvement, and for only $8 bucks!!! I would definately say that I would recommend this if you don't want to fork over eighty bones for the others. I have never been in a car w/ the aluminum spacers but these feel great. I tested them through a set of medium(40-60mph) and slower corners. Over rough intersections straight a turning and did a few drifts also. I must also note that the car felt more balanced and stable. As for other suspension mods I have a base s14 with only poly t/c rod bushings and now the subframe spacers, the rest is all stock. Even in a drift at around 60mph the car felt more compliant to my inputs and didn't have to wrestle w/ the wheel so much. I'm no experienced track guru or anything but the car is for the better now. Oh, and by the way, I only did the bottom ones, I don't know if I'm going to try the uppers. I doubt it though. Install was easy, just a dremel to trim the washer. Drop the subframe and install. Didn't even have to slot them. Don't have a camera for pics, but here's some from another thread.:D
