Possible bad headlight switch?

The parking lights on my S14 are always on when the key is in the ACC position, and the switch is turned off. No matter what setting I use, the parking lights are always on unless I take turn the ignition off. I know the car does not use any relays for the tail lights and front corner lights. The lights also illuminate in the gauge cluster like they would if the parking lights were on. Do you think the switch is bad? Also, if I turn the switch on for the parking lights while the key is in the ACC position, the lights become dimmer then they were. I thought that the switch would always have power, because you can turn your parking/headlights on with the key out anyway. I'm gonna try to unplug the switch and see what happens. Any ideas?

What radio is in the car? Sounds like someone crossed the accessory and illumination leads behind the dash.
