I need a new timing chain?

The upper timing chain guide is gone(broke off)
Car has 146k miles
I've driven it like an 1/8 of a mile since I've had it(no smog/tags)

my upper guide is gone to but it was taken off. It make's the same noise but runs fine. Just really annoying sound.

I had timing chain problems with my ka too, but it sounded differently from the video you provided. My tensioners broke so the chain was knocking on the bolts. Not too sure what yours is but most likely it is timing chain problems.
