you'll need to weld an extension onto your filler spout, then weld in some sheet metal (with the appropriate-sized hole for the Sparco unit) around your OE fuel door. It takes a bit of work to graft it to a stock car.

The intended useage was for it to be bolted directly to a fuel cell. No one wants to have their race fuel stolen...
