need 2 kno wheel stud length for wider wheels

I bought some wheels 15x8 -30 offset for my 91' 240 and tried putting them on but the OEM studs are to short, looks like I need an inch ir two more length. what studs can I use? any suggestions would be appreciated. bolt pattern is stock too thanks

thicker backpad for less offset? don't think i've seen that before.

i got an idea, it requires a ruler and a stick though...

thats wierd? any pics of this? i have never seen that either. I have mounted +35 offsets with no problem at all so I doubt it's the offset thats causing this.
