There are a few of them

You probably already know about Southern Ontario 240sx. There is another Ontario one too I think.

There is Vancouver 240sx

Northwest Nissans is kinda Canada.

Then Nissan Enthusiast Car Club, which is Alberta mostly.

Im sure there are more that I don't know of.
