vaccum line question help???

when facing the engine bay under the throttle body there are three little bronze pipes...the two on the left runs to the charcoal canister and the one on the left is slightly bigger and runs to the intake pipe...what is this hose and now the car is turbo can i just block it off or where should i run it to...this is a s14...

also is my fuel pressure gauge suppose to be before or after my fpr??

I blocked off all of them except the IACV hose on my ka-t

so this evap hose sucks air to somewhere when the engine is on right???can i block it off or what???
