I've had the steering wheel for a few months now, and it hasn't given me any problems until now. On occasion, after I have made a right turn, when the steering wheel is centering, the horns will go off. I checked the wiring yesterday and everything seems fine. The strange thing is that it's very random as to when it happens. There's nothing consistent with the problem other than it ONLY does it when turning right. Any suggestions as to how I can fix the problem?

did you insulate all your connectors? any contacts exposed may activate the horn.

Also, check your harness under your left fender.

The box that is directly behind the parking light? What is it that I am looking for? Exposed wired? Shorted fuse?

I have decided to narrow the problem by disconnecting the wires in the steering wheel. If the problem happens again, then it should mean the problem is in the hub. If it doesn't, then it means something is wrong in the steering wheel.

The wires are already covered with clear rubber.

How would the wheel itself cause a problem with shitty electrical?

Figured out the problem. Don't know when it happened, but, apparently, when I installed the hub portion one of the wires got squeezed in between something and pretty much sliced the rubber covering, exposing the wires. I taped the exposed parts and it's been fine.
Thanks guys!
