Identification Question

Anyone know what these plugs into/what they do (located to the left/right side of the steering wheel underneath the dash)? Also, How do I plug them in, what do I need to remove? It doesn't look like I can plug them is with the interior trim as is right now.

Doesn't look like I can plug them in until I remove somethings, what would I need to remove exactly/what's the process?

are you sure the ones on the left arent your...

cruise/head light switch

and the ones on the right is i think ignition/hazards
rear defog
and windshield wiper light..

i think the one with the tan plastic covering is the diagnostics port

and those all look like cluster bezel plugs for your hazards etc
