whats my s14 worth I was offered 12k

I had a guy offer me 12k for my s14 and I told him I would sell it to him. just wanted to know what some Nissan pros think its worth. the car has blow by and leaks oil from the valve cover, turbo compressor wheel chipped, and lots of paint chips. it also has a couple of cracks in the cf hood. and front right wheel is dented as seen in the pic's other than that car runs and drives perfect. here is a mod list.
the car is painted a custom blue with ablug rear garnish and gp sports rear roof wing.
Jdm 1998 front, signals, and HID lights(8000k). Also has factory side skirts, IPP carbon fiber hood, and carbon fiber mirrors, shaved antenna and passenger side keyhole.
Gramlight 57s gunmetal wheels 17x7.5 +30 front and 17x9.5 +38 rear with hankook k104 rubber wrapped around it.

The car is not worth 12k, b/c nowadays no one has that kind of money to throw @ a toy. Now obviously I'm making a blanket statement, and someone will chime in about how they could easily buy this, but the fact of the matter is I'd take the 12k and run. I've seen cars similiar to this that don't have a predominantly stock interior, and much better fitment go for less. Better to have 12k in your hand, than a car that you hope you can get 12k for. Just my :2c:
BTW, I'm not bashing your car, it looks pretty good, and has a nice mod list, just trying to be real.

i spent 11k on mine back in 03 STOCK. then countless on parts. and i wouldnt even be able to sell it for what i paid.

Id sell it now. I think within a year or two the bubble will burst and noone is gonna pay this kind of money for S Chassis. IMO if the guy offered you 12K its not his money, his mommy or a bank is probably the source neither of which is probably approved. Best of luck though

If you think that you'd ever want to get back into a 240, keep the car. It's much better to have a descent chassis to work on than be in need of a straight chassis for a new project these days. Even if you're bored with the current build, just change some things up instead of starting all over.

If you need cash, sell it of course.
