okay, I'm leaking power steering fluid from my cap... suggestion needed

okay, quick question: I'm leaking power steering fluid (atf/ dextron II) from the cap (moreso when I turn the wheel), would you guys recommend just replacing the cap (fuckin Nissan wants like $30+ for the damn cap), or swapping out the whole PS reservior (sp?)?

The system isn't sealed by the cap, pressure can cause it to leak. More than likely there's a blockage in the line or it's overfilled.
