Ok, so being the idiot I am. I decided I'd try and be a badass and buy some Kicker 6x9's, the only problem with that is that I (now) highly doubt that I can fit 6x9's in my driver side door.

So, I've got some KS690's coming on the 15th and I can't use them. What should I do? Resell them? Return them? Or can I fit them in the back above the towers???

Thanks in advance. :)

6.5" components will sound much better than 6x9's. I made custom pods with .5ft^3 for my doors, but ebay has 6.5" plastic housings for cheap. I'd sell the 6x9's.

Alright

So sell the 6x9's and get 6.5" what about the rear speakers? What kind should I get for those.

And if I get 6.5" would the JBL Grand Touring be good? (GTO627)

Those are the one's in my price range.

The above picture doesnt have the right picture size ratio. The shape looks correct but if u print it, its too small. You'll have to play with the zoom settings to atleast get the outline shape correct with speaker bracket.

The best way to pick out speakers is to take a few of your favorite cds down to the local stereo shop and test out the speakers yourself. Its hard for us to say what sounds good for you. I mean you could be tone deaf for all we know. In which case anything would sound good to you.

Cheers!
