my time to change

hey ppl these last couple days have been a little crazy for me. I just soldmy white s14 to a friend of mine that blew his tranny in his Mits. hes been looking to join the 240 clan for about three yrs now but never had the funds or the fire under his ass. so he got a personal loan and bought my s14. that was one of the hardest things ive done in a longtime. but the money is gone toward some things that ive been in need of doin. so since ive sold the s14 ive took that money and have purchased all the parts i needed to get my 92' sr20 swap running(harness, coolant temp sensor, CAS, IACV,). Along with that most importantly i joined a health spa/gym called health plex here in fayetteville. ive been over weight my whole life to the point were ppl ask me if im comfortable driving such a small car like my 92' and 95'. hell i bought some sparco turinos seats and they sit in my home collecting dust b/c i cant fit in them. so its well over due to start working out loose weight and feel good about my self and life style. spending that money(not all of it) was difficult but i lost a 240 to get one running and to hopefully make my self healthy and happier.

Man, that can be a pretty drastic change.

Some tips:
Remember to eat regularly (5-7 times a day) and try to eat meals around the size of your fist.
Do cardiovascular exercise 3 times a week (but not 2 days in a row)
And if you are going to work out, do it precisely and properly (look it up online haha) and always always always rest :)
