courtesyparts.com for the window visors for s14.
cheapest you will find them... like $105 shipped iirc.

Sunroof, the dealer if you want the clip on kind, they sell one version for all Nissan models, or any truck accessories place will have a stick-on deflector, cheaper that route but takes more skill to install perfectly.
Door visors, any dealer can get them but the ones who stock them online are quicker.

are there different type of them? cuz I seen one that's really skinny and I didn't like them. I want the one that's like 2 inches wide

There never was one. Same part number as the Maxima, Altima, and Pathfinder. I have one on my car actually.
