I hate popup lights

I am about to buy a 1990-94 240sx and I was wondering where I can find the Silvia frontend conversion pieces. All I want to do is change the lights, hood, fenders, and front bumper. Does anyone know where I can find these part for a good price or who I can order them from :confused:

go ahead and check the FS section of this page, along side that post in the WTB section that you are looking for a s13 conversion and then you wait...for replies

the thing i dont get is..y do people call the s13 conversion the "Silvia Conversion"..i mean saying that could mean the s14 silvia conversion too..y cant they juss say "s13 conversion"

What I really want is for it to have the newest set of headlights. I do not want the flat looking one, but the others.

What heck do you mean then? Are you talking about something other than the S13 Silvia conversion? like S14 or S15?

Well I don't like when people call it an S13 conversion. You already have an S13, so you're not converting it to anything different. It's still an S13 when you're done.

At the same time silvia is sort of more right (check that grammer) since the 180sx front end isessesntially what we get in the states. 240's and 180's had the pop ups, silvias had flush lights. How about we agree to the S13 silvia conversion?

coupes need the silvia front end. i want mine. it just doesn't look right as a one-via.

If he says he's gonna get an s13 or 90-94 240sx and is looking for a "Silvia conversion". I think its pretty damn obvious of what he's looking for SilviaDriver. S13 conversiong doesn't mean a damn thing without the word Silvia somewhere in there. Anyway im sure you'll find it here or in another forum classifieds section. They usually go for about $1000 not including shipping.

Thanks Tim. The last link that you sent me was the one that I needed. Now all I have to do is get the scratch to buy it. Perhaps I was a bit to harsh on the popups; forgiveness please.

The pop ups are pretty cool, but i also have a thing for the silvia front. If you want one, i think there is a FS post selling them for 850. I think your right about the coupes needing the silvia front end. Looks funny with the pop ups, but i think the hatch looks nice with either one.

Hey I live in the same place you do, it was a love -7 degrees according to my car in the morning, and who knows what the wind chill was, but it was cold, real cold, sometimes I wish I had an automatic starter.

You guys don't beat Montreal on the cold factor. Damn, 20 second ear exposure is enough to get them frozen solid.

Well Black and Blue if you want the lights lke on the second link that was provided, which by the way is the s15 silvia conversion, by the timanaotr then you are looking at around $3000 just for the parts. Then I heard there is a little custom work and also the paint job good luck.

by the way pop up lights are the shiznit, that is if you have the hatchback, if you have the coupe then the silvia s13 conversion is the shiznit
