HKS/Blitz/GReddy turbos are usually Garrett or Mitsu units with a different label and higher price tag. I'm ignoring the rest of your question because I can't understand it.

Depending on the a/r of a GT2871R you can push 400whp maybe more

not sure about GT2835... sounds like it has smaller exh housing thant GT2871R.. so

GT30 are def good for 400whp and up...

All depends on what your trying to do. You staying bottom mount or going top mount? Certain HP goal in mind and do mind it being laggy? Those are some of the questions you gotta ask yourself first.

Once you figure that out, then you gotta start thinking of how to keep it reliable at that HP level.

Biggest reason the 2871 is good turbo for SR is due to its smooth power delivery and not laggy at all. If you decide to go with this, you will need bigger injector than the stock 440s and some kind of tuning. Some people have run 550s but preference are 740cc. Cams, I'd recommend some Tomei Poncams. Tuning, that will all be dependent on what you guys have out there in Singapore to tune it. Tried and true setup is the Apexi Power FC. Just getting harder and harder to find them since Apexi is on the brink of bankruptcy and they are producing less and less products.

how about tomei procam?
2871 as in the .64 or .86?

if i am going for 370hp at wheel at least and my setting will be

Tomei Head Gasket (alrdy in my car)
Tomei Rocket arm (alrdy in my car)
Tomei Valve spring (alrdy in my car)
Tomei 270 Cams (planning on which to get)
Tomei 740cc Injector(planning on which to get)
Apexi Power FC (alrdy in my car)
Apexi AVCR (alrdy in my car)
Walbro 255l F/P (alrdy in my car)
Custom Manifold (alrdy in my car)
JIC Magic Downpipe (alrdy in my car)
JIC Magic Cat (alrdy in my car)
Fujitsubo RM-01 Exhaust. (alrdy in my car)

which turbo will be ideal (coz mayb in the later part i will increase abit of HP but i think the most i will go to is 450hp)
if using .64 will it push the turbo too hard in the end if i increase?
if using .86 will it lag? if i start from 370hp

Sounds like a good list, all reputable products but in the end you need to be honest with yourself and your goals. Will you be happy with 370 or will you ever go bigger? If you can stick to a specific goal then you wnat to size the turbo to that goal to minimize lag (small exhaust housing) while still maintaining a compressor size that will be efficient (not requiring 43psi on race gas) and and exhaust housing that will flow what you need. I have seen excellent turbos sized to the wrong motor and consequently they make good power......for the last 500 rpms of the power band.
Also consider that 300whp is a safe limit on a stock SR, 400 is doable but you need good tuning and it becomes questionable at that point just how long stuff can hold together. These motors are getting old now and that is a good deal of power to push through an essentially stock block. Just my opinion.
