Nope.... It was mechanically set. That means even if you ripped out the E01, you would still boost 17.... The E01 doesn't work magic. Also WTF is hybriddynamics saying? I adjusted my wastegate from them and I boost 10PSI with boost off. So figure out how to adjust the waste gate...
