Hey, I got my AGX's but I want springs around 400lbs/in, give or take around 50. Is there any where in the states that you can buy them from?

I know about the Ground Control Eibach ESR's but where can I get them? Can I just get them from Ground Control? IS there a place that I can special order them from? Pleas help! Thanks

you order straight from GC, and you can get custom rates as well...but i wouldn't get custom ones.

I'm running 448 fronts and 336 rears... lb/in that is. That, if I'm not mistaken, calculates out to 8k front and 6k rear. That's kg/mm. You can easily get ahold of these from TEIN, JIC-magic, ZEAL, APEX'i and other coilover/spring manufacturers.

edit: I'm talking about linear springs... I don't know if you can get progressively wound springs in that stiff of a rate!

What's wrong with custom rates? And are all ESR's made only for custom rates or do ESR's have a set rate?

If I get springs from them, would they fit the AGX's or are they made for only their own coilover perches?

Also, how long would it take and how much??

here (http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/september01/suspension.shtml) is a great writeup on gc with agx.

I should have been more clear about custom, i just think it'd be hard to know exactly what to get w/out testing alot. So if there is a standard spring rate for the s13, i would go with that. Or atleast keep the same % f/r and go harder or softer as you like.

Thanks for the link, it was very imformative. The thing is - is that I'm not sure if I want to go with the Ground Control Coilovers or just springs so far. Probably just springs cause I can't afford the coilovers.

Anyways, I kinda know what I ant, I don't want anything TOO hard on the AGX's, but I also want to go with sort of drift setup. Not too front biased but still streetable too. I was thinking around 400lbs or 7kg all around or maybe like 400F and 350-375R.

How does that sound? The whole GC setup is very temtping though...

You're never going to see spring rates like that from "just springs".

That's really pushing the limit of the AGXs, also.

Maybe F=375 and R=350?

Would it be far better to wait and save for GC's?
