i will be in florida for work for all of october and half of november (possibly all of nov) so i'm offering my room as a sublet. cost will be 500/mo (rent can be prorated) with a $500 deposit (fully refundable). i live in a 4br 3 ba condo about 1 mile from the pier in hb with 3 guys and 1 girl who are very laid back and easy to get along with. (kyle -soreballz- and his gf nikki live here with me)
non-smoking house, 420 friendly, not a huge party house, but we do have fun. we do have cats. washer & dryer in the garage. full house priveleges. the room will come with a queen sized bed, bookshelf, dresser, and 2 small end tables.
