Hello!

New idea. This is for a Bump button.

The purpose:
-Makes it easier for anyone to bump there thread.
-And makes following the rules much easier cause you can only click on it after a 24hr. time period.
-Meaning after you click the BUMP botton, it won't be able to be usable after a day goes by.

How this can be used.
-Give it a 24hr. time period before its available again.
-Give it a 8hr. time period before its available again.

Here its what it would like like on the forum... One will be up top and in the bottom. This is a bottom view of the button.

*My reason for posting this is because it didn't make sense to me that we only have 2 BUMPS and its includes if you answer someone's question. This can work better and the same Mod's or Admin's, that keep constant eyes on thread, because if the bump is clicked but anything like (To the Top, Bump, Up, or ^) shows then close the thread. If you want to make a bit more strict have people only PM and not reply to there threads, which most people should with.

THANKS

There's many ways this can happen. The best one IMO is once every 24hrs.

I don't know what his being from Florida had to do with it, but what he was getting at was what good would a bump BUTTON do if the user could turn and POST in the thread to bump it as well. To make this work, it would require that we remove the OP's permission to post in their own thread.

Oh, and it does NOT count as a bump when you're responding to a direct inquiry. However, if ALL a user says is "hey, nice [whatever]" and all you have to say is "thanks," or something of the sort, then you have just used 2 bumps that had literally NOTHING to do with stated interest in the actual purchase of the item being sold. If that is not a bump, what is it? Now, if someone asks something about the actual purchase of the item and not the normal bullshit "OMG, CAN'T STOP SKEETING, TE37s!!!" bullshit we normally get, and has their query responded to, we do not count that.

I don't know about you, but I prefer to moderate one "element," as I might call it, without other little details standing in between making it easy.

I thought it was a good idea IMO of course, so I brought it here. If its a no go then thats fine.

And for the retards saying that I'm from Florida, kill yourself. You didn't contribute to this thread so you won't do it in life.

Close the thread. THANKS
