I promised my wife we'd take some classes and learn to do some kind of dance together. Yea, we are old. Some cool sexy shit like Al Pacino does in Scent of a Women. I think that was the Tango.

Anyone here do this kind of dancing, have experience with it, or any advice.

I used to breakdance, so I have some dance experience.

My gf supports me in my car hobby and even participates in events with me. so i decided id participate in something she likes to do and joined her halau. i eneded up competing with the mens group in a seatle, WA. its pretty fun and watching girls dance polynesian is freaken hypnotizing.

my parents actually took up ballroom dance classes. They had a lot of fun with it. As for myself, I never took the classes with them, instead they came home and would teach me everything that they were taught for that day.


So eventually i learned how to dance salsa, cha cha tango, and swing.
