today me and fastpace took off my intake resonator.. and while im at it... i swap my heavy a*s 17 inch rage koda with my stock alloy wheels...
everything goes find.. until one of my lug bolt on my front passenger side fell off into the inside of the brake disc..
took me 30 minutes to take off the whole disc and put it back on..
turns out that one of those lug bolt doesnt weld on.. and i have to take it out... so now.. im only have 3 bolts holding my front right stock wheels....
will a super duper glue helps the bolt stick again to the disc?
im gonna have to find some way to fix it tommorrow...
probably just gonna have some shop do it for me...
im tired and sorry for the vent... just have to let it out
:)

NO GLUE WON'T WORK (banging head on the desk)

i dont quite understand what you are reffereing to, because nothing is welded that holds the wheel on. The studs are pressed in thru the back of the hub. if the stub is broke, you will need to have the stub of the stud pressed out and a new one pressed in. disassembly of the suspension is required for the job and a hydralic press is needed as well.

if the lug nut wont thread or is stripped... see above

none of my lugs are welded on, and i didn't need a hydraulic press to change lugs...

At least, on my car, I was able to take a hammer and bang out the broken stud out. To install a new stud, I stuck it through the back of the hub, put the brake disc back on, and threaded a nut onto it, then used a wrench to thread the nut further untill the stud pressed itself in.

Using a hydraulic press just seems like overkill to me....

i dig what u did, just make sure that stud is well seated or you will be performing that job again.

im not serious about that glue thing... yea i know its a bad joke :p
that one stud is kinda loose...
probably i'll need new stub for it but i'll check again tommorrow...
maybe i can find a way to make that stud stick firmly

the stud just wont stay in my hub anymore... the hole is busted.. so oh well.. tough luck..

actually, last year i was putting my summer rims on my civic and i guess i had over torqued the nut, because the bolt broke of in my hand, im kinda lazy when it comes to things like that so i drove for well over a year with 3 lugs on my front driver side rim, no problems at all, i crashed and totalled the car last month, but i dont think it is related haha, buy a lug bolt at napa and head towards the nearest machine shop, worst case scenario, buy the dude a 6-pack and have him press fit it, if you dont feel like hammering it in. total cost is like 2.49(bolt)+6.00(6-pack), not bad at all for the extra safety

actually if im not mistaken, i remember a few years ago i was laughing at a friend of mine for only having 3 lugs STOCK, i think it may have been a metro, not sure, it was like 6 years ago, 3-lugs, why not, they only have 3 cylinders
