Sounds like you should take your valve cover off and take a look. Should have done it before you uploaded the video.

Seriously? Take your valve cover off and look for any broken shit. Could be something simple. You didn't give any info on how the noise started, the events leading up to the noise, or what you have or have not checked already.

could be, but ive seen that be rod knock before too, i would take it apart and have a look, its really hard to tell over a vid like that.

Yeah definately rod knock... =/ Well, 1500 later i have a new engine coming now just have to swap everything over and drop it in.
