Hey guys, another question. My gas pedal from time to time gets stuck. Like, if I come to a complete stop, then go ... the pedal feels kinda stuck so I have to hit the pedal real hard, then it goes back to normal. I already tried cleaning the throttle body 4 or 5 times, it would help for about a day then go back to the way it was.

I notice that It only does this when the throttle plate closes all the way when I had taken apart my intake.

Any ideas on what to do? Because its REALLY annoying.

I had the same problem with my old turbo Saab. It was caused by to much resistance(crud) in the throttle spring. I sprayed the hell out of it with WD-40(every month or so) and I never had the problem again.
The only other thing that I can think of... Every throttle body that I have seen has a little stop that keeps it from closing completely in order to not starve the air supply for the engine when the throttle is depressed. Your stop might have broke and the throttle body is getting stuck because it closes completely. If you have been stalling when you let off the gas this might be the problem. If so you need a new throttle body.

Yea, i just readjusted that that screw today. Put it down more to prevent the throttle from closing all the way. Seems to be better now, readjusted the idle. Hopefully this wont screw anything else up.
