paint my 240?

Does anyone in Pennsylvania know how to paint cars well? If someone wants to do the very minor body work and paint it how much would I be charged?maybe it's someone's hobby, and they like doing what they're good at?
also anyone good at fixing frame rails? mine aren't bad at all, but i'd like to know for future purposes
i just have a few small dents, some scratches. and thats all. no major dents, or deep scratches.
