how the hell do you all pass jci with mods whats leagal an whats not. i move there Nov 6th . also were are good places to pick up a silvia s13 i checked the yokota ads but..ya...there is none for sale.

tires have to be good
alignment has to be good
no leaky suspension/balljoints/exhaust
car must be minimum 90mm from the ground to hard part of car (aero not included)
all lights must work
horn must work
if manual, shift pattern must be nearby shifter

do some research, it's not hard to figure out
