Swaping diff have some questions.

I have a 89' hatch non-ABS with a open diff. The donor car is a 93' hatch with ABS (and HICAS if that matters). I want to take the lsd swap the lsd over to my car.

What will i need to do to make it fit and what do i need to worry about? Also do they sell any type of rebuild kits for it?

you will need the abs driveshaft aswell. other then that maybe change the diff oil. I wouldnt bother with a rebuild kit.

Yeah. Weldeds are fun. Bad on tires, good on life. I really liked mine.

WTF is your car for? cause i would not recommend a welded for a daily.

dont bother to swap that LSD from the donnor car, your better off getting an REAL lsd.

i daily my S13 and i have a welded, its fine. just make sure you have good tires and dont drive like a moron around corners or rain.

Haha i wish i could afford a $700+ lsd. I'm using this car as a daily. The donor car is going to get junked so I'm getting it for free.

So Just swap the half shaft with the pumpkin and I'm good, correct?
