SPL new hybrid adjuster FAQ

I have had a number of emails/IMs/calls about our new hybrid adjuster, as found on our v3 rear upper arms, v3 rear toe rods and v3 rear traction rods.

It does not seem very obvious what the advantage is, and why we went to so much trouble to make this new style of adjuster. So I wrote up a short FAQ:
