sr20det timing???

Ok before anyone says something like " why dont you search the forum " I have and Ive looked on the web but couldnt find what i was looking for. Im doing the timing on my sr20det, i have the cam gears and chian lined up right. I pulled out the cas to set that and i only thought there was one indent on the cas to line up. Which one do I have to line up the one next to the gear or the one a little farther away.
