idle and acceleration problems

I just washed my engine bay today and now my car is idling roughly. At a stand still the car kinda shakes and feels like it wants to turn off. When i accelerate, it feels sluggish and doesnt pull smoothly like before. Anyone have any suggestions? Could i have damaged something when i cleaned it?

Spark plug wires, Cap/rotor.

If you got these items wet than it could act like what you said.
Also maybe check the cap for any cracks.
