has anybody ever heard of propay?...im currently in the process of buying a car on the internet and the owner wants my to pay him through propay and he will ship the car to my house....should i trust it?

shit dont do deals online especially for a car...too much money to deal with...if you really want the car make the trip to see it in person to see if its legit other than that dont do it! especially for a payment company that doesnt have a rep or thats known
