How would I clean up the underbody of my S13? It is rusted but not as bad as many.

Grind off and put bedliner over it.

+1 on that.

If you got a bunch of oil and grease on the underside of the car. You could use some Simple green and some elbow work to get it off. Also some CRC brake Clean works better and a brush! I just cleaned off my rear sub-frame and diff. Using the CRC. Though I have to do the whole tunnel area as it is coated with oil and dirt! It looks like someone barfed on the underside of my 240.:barf:

wirewheel, epoxy self etching primer, then some rust bullet or top coat followed by some rubber underbody spray.

Make sure you get it all because infected metal never stops.
