I picked up a stock really clean 1990 hatch, its red uncracked dash, super clean interior, it has a few dents but nothing too major, it was owned by a woman who bought it new, and daily drove it and garage kept it up until 3 years ago, it has 80,000 miles, its a 5sp no sunroof with the sohc, and it has ac! also it has steelies with hubcaps and power windows

Who gives an F about an uncracked dash as that is just a bonus. Make sure the frame is in good condition.

I guess 2.5k tops to the right buyer.

it all depends how much rust is on it, and how presentable the thing looks inside and out.
if the things got faded paint, pitted windshield, warn upholstery, or rusty fenders/rockers you'll have trouble getting much more than a grand.
if the thing is show room pristine then maybe around $2.5K
keep in mind that SOHC hatches are easily the most abundant 240s on the market.
low mileage with a 5 speed does work in your favor though.

ya im thinking around 2k, it has a small rust spot under the driver side mirror, but the metal is solid there, i am going to sand it down and repaint it, and the roof has a little bit of clear coat peeling away. other then that its a clean title, never wrecked its definitly not a showroom car as it sits but it is definitly a good car to build up. Idk if i want to resell it or not. I got it super cheap.

Ha. Come to Nashville. That will sell for around $3500+. The drift tax is insane here right now.
