K say u were loaded, i mean like u had maaaad $$$$$$$$$, then wouldn't it be pretty easy to convert a Skyline to LHD???
all u have to do is move the pedals, dash and stearing colum, and new headers to make way for the stearing column (stearing column would be the hardest) then get some one to do a custom carbon fiber dash, and your set??
just a thought
ps. im an idiot

From what I've heard, the turbos & manifolds cause a problem on trying to move the steering to the LH side.
its been done before scroll down to the GTR Link (http://www.toprpm.com/eng/toyz/toyz_main.shtm)

DUh--my brain isn't thinking tonight. I know it has been done, but what I read was that some things CAN get in the way of moving the steering and dash and stuff to the LH. Sorry I forgot to put that in my first post.
BTW--nice link EONE!! I love those pics. Someone took a LOT of time and $$$$ to do that car.

I think people have discussed this before...and I somehow recall them mentioning using a 300zx steering assembly...and a dashboard from some other LHD Nissan car (Cefiro or Gazelle something). Please dont quote me on that tho.

Here's an R32 conversion, including fully custom dash...

Downpipe clearance with the steering shaft is the big issue. Z32 steering rack bolts in, though. With a single turbo conversion I think that would eliminate all the problems (and make buttloads of power).
The weird looking dash in the UAE cars is from a Bluebird (Altima). I prefer the custom fiberglass and leather one from my link. More work but much nicer.

when u get to the dash:
check w/ the car audio boards to get some expert advice, guys in that area have been doing fiber glass and carbon fiber dashes for ages.
