RB20 running a little warm???

[AZRB20]

I dont know wha tempt the RB20's are suppose to run at but I live in Phx, AZ obviously its hot here but on the freeway. My RB20 runs warm on the freeway around 210-218, and the temp needle is still in the middle, I know it works forsure because when the car is cold its all the way down on C. I dont hear any boiling at all in the radiator. The car wont get any warmer then 218. Also another question is my FPR w/ Walbro 255 FPR is running at 40 PSI idle, I've been reading it should be around 37 idle and 44 w/ out the vaccum line.

Rb20det w/ top mount t3/t04e borg warner turbo 14psi external wastegate
Nismo fuel pressure regulator and summit liquid gauge.
Dual core aluminum radiator w/ 14" fan
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
