So I'm finishing a sr20 swap in a 1998 s14. The ecu is throwing a code 43...which is the tps. The engine isn't running very well at idle, it starts up and revs to 2 or 3 grand then it settles off just under 1000 rpm. It holds under 1000 rpm for a bit then slowly stalls out within 10 seconds. The engine ran fine just before I pulled it out a of 90 240sx. I also tried switching the tps out of a running sr20 and still no dice. Has anyone had this sort of problem before?

FYI, new manifold installed. I'm leaning towards a vacuum leak somewhere, I haven't been able to pin point a leak yet. However I don't think a vacuum leak would cause it to run this shitty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update, I installed my stock intake manifold and the car runs like a champ. So in the next couple weeks I'm going to reinstall the new greddy manifold and hope it doesn't through the code again. TPS is fine.......wtf. So if anyone has installed a greddy intake manifold and ran into a similar problem please discuss

If you adjusted the TPS in anyway during this time or removed it, you have to unplug the TPS while the car is running and wait atleast 20-30 seconds then plug the TPS back in, this recalibrates the TPS signal.
