Need Help, S14 SR running SUPER lean

Alrite, here goes. Brought my car to get a quick baseline run and tweak the SAFC if needed. Found out the car is running really lean. We had to add fuel to get it where its at right now. So currently the SAFC2 has anywhere from +15 to +35 across the board to get it to run somewhat decent. From my exp, all the other sr20 setups i've seen are usually run a tad rich with similar mods.

-Timing is at stock settings.
-Z32 MAF was swapped out, same problem, even put back stock S14 maf and no change.
-Fuel pressure is fine
-Swapped out injectors for another set
-SAFC settings are 2in 5out
-Checked for leaks- could not find anything
-Checked ECU for codes -NOTHING

Anyhow that's all I can remember for now. Another odd thing is that I'm getting boost creep even with the boost controller un-plugged.

GT2871 .64
Z32 maf w/ HKS filter
Megan Downpipe
Greddy FMIC
Greddy Type RS BOV -non recir
Test Pipe
Greddy Ti Race exhaust
SAFC2
Blitz SBC-ID III (un-plugged)
NGK 7 plugs

Everything else is bone stock. Any suggestions or help would be great.

Got any way of monitoring your injector duty cycle? You could be maxing out your injectors with your turbo setup.

im having the same problem but my car still runs fine, just first gear it leans out on heavy throttle and high rpm's.

if your running stock injectors, i think your maxing them out.
upgrade injectors man.

i beleive thats my problem too

+15 on an safc with stock injectors is pretty close to max.....
