Hi everyone. my gf is getting a s13 coupe tommorow and we want to do the silvia headlights on it. My question is do I have to buy the silvia fenders or could I just cut the existing fenders to allow for the new headlights? Ill also be putting a body kit on it so I will probably be molding it on too, but as said, I want to know if anyones done this.

why not just do it right? even if you cut the fenders, the hood is COMPLETELY different!

do it right, but the entire front end. the bumper is different too.

cant say about the body kit q.

You could just purchase the OEM fenders and the headlights. Then buy a Carbon Fiber hood and an aftermarket front bumper and you're done. That's what I'd do at least

i say, do it right the first time, or dont do it at all. if they have the conversion, do the conversion.

Anything is possible but it woulf be alot of work. The fenders are pretty differant. It would also cost more than Silvia fenders. It is really hard to piece together a Silvia conversion and alot of times it ends up costing you more than just get a complete conversion. I would buy a complete swap and save yourself alot of trouble.

Kinda sucks for those of you who not what your doing and have swapped the S13 SilBeer fronts. Now every numbnut who doesn't know a silvia from a hole in the ground is getting the front strapped on:p

what the hell is that supposed to mean? I dont have the cash to sling around for all the parts I want and wanted to know if anyone had done it before. I know the hood is differnet, thats why I inquired about modifyingthe fenders. I do all my work myself, so Im gonna try it and see if it works unless someone can give me a straight answer. I just want to know if anyone has ever done it before. And not some stupid flame about "Now every numbnut who doesn't know a silvia from a hole in the ground is getting the front strapped on". Sweet christ I know what a slivia is.

dont get angry.

i doubt anybody tried it since it might look ****ty. just spend the extra bucks for the real conversion, which is about 1-1.5gz. i mean i doubt u wanna roll around with a ****ty s13 conversion. just pay the extra im sure u will be gald u did in the end.

actually, you would have to make your stock 240 fenders much longer since the Silvia fenders are a little bit more longer. I checked when I went to put my silvia fenders next to my stock ones.
