Part number request! S15 headlight wiring harness

I would really appreciate if someone can provide the part number for the S15 headlight wiring harness. This harness powers the turn signal lamp and daytime/parking lights.

I brought the wiring harness to the Nissan dealer but the parts guy didn't seem to have a clue on how to look anything up...

I just sent RHDjapan an email about the harness. They sell the exact same harness as pictured?

I'm not looking for a conversion harness, splicing them into my stock lighting won't be an issue. I'm just missing the sockets/connectors for the turn signal and city lights on one side. I went to the junkyard looking for something similar for at least the turn signal but couldn't find anything.
