I have used a thread here on zilvia and I have figured out how to fix these clusters. I you mail me your cluster I will fix it and mail it back. If I can't fix it I will just refund your money. I will only charge $50 which I think is very reasonable so contact me and we will go from there.

100? that much you can get cluster harness and the HUD for that much if it was cheaper i would do it. You know how to change the color of the leds?

ya dude u can just get colored bulbs for all of the thing but I have only seen red blue and yellow. What do u think a resionable price is? If u just get a new cluster the miles will be off and you never know if the HUD works or how long the HUD will work. This way you know the cluster will work and work for a long time. Nissan has even said that the HUD will go out after 100,000 to 150,000 miles.

how much, and is it a DOHC?

Its DOHC and its just the Read Out that I have fixed I can mail it to you for 55-. You will just have to take apart your old cluster and put this new read out unit in. This is the better way because you get to keep your original miles on your car.

Cool Car, A suggestion as well is if someone buys one of your already fixed HUD Units, is have them send their broken one back to you, and say deduct $20.00 from the price of the fixed one... This will allow the oppurtunity to fix the replaced unit and re-sell once again.

People already have to end me their old one and if I deducted 20 dollars I wouldn't make enough money to make it a worth while thing

$50 seems like an okay price for this service, but most of the time these units only need a $0.24 capacitor replaced. I'm good enough w/ an iron to replace it myself. Bump for a legit service for the electronically impaired.

what you do is take theirs, sell them one for 30. fix it and sell it for 50. unless if a thing where another person is giving you their old one also. then its 30. its basically the same as what youre doing, but with receiving broken ones to repair and make more money off of : ) hope that could be some help for you

Ya or the diodes fixed but you need to have the skill to fix it. It takes practice to soder the fine circuit board. The first one I tried I trashed but i had a pro teach me how to do it

bump for a great service...can't believe no one has done this sooner. A+ for effort!! If mine craps out I might just send you mine to fix instead of doing it myself.

Can you also do the lights that light up the climate control and miscellaneous buttons (ie. hazard, dim control, flip up control, etc.)

Thats a problem with this little white box under the dash. Its an easy fix u just need to get a new one from a junk yard or fellow zilvia member.
