I found my exhaust (3") was only hanging on 1 hangar today when I got to work. Im not all that experienced on the KA's, but I dont think they have a flex pipe. I drove like that for about an hour in stop and go traffic, how easy is it to crack/warp the KADE's manifolds? The exhaust was moving around quite a bit.
Sorry for the n00bish question, but im at work stressing about it.

if you have the stock manifold, it's kinda hard to crack them, but it has happened before, there isn't really a flex section in them.

shit, im probably more worried about the flanges. I did see a megan downpipe with a flex pipe installed, anyone have any exp on that?

The flex pipe is a good idea, but only if your exhaust system is otherwise compromised - as long as you have good motor mounts, and connect the downpipe to the tranny mount (like you're supposed to), you don't necessarily need a flex pipe in the downpipe.
Are you talking about cracking the OEM cast-iron manifold? They'll never crack - probably the strongest part of your car lol.

My tomei manifold cracked in two places.
Yes I truly believe that a flex pipe is in order and will help with some of the problems associated with cracking the manifold.

The OE manifold won't crack but I've seen dozens of the cat/downpipes crack or break all the way through. Are you running the exhaust hanger on the transmission mount? If not, put it back on, it does a lot to help secure the exhaust. I just welded up one last week that broke all the way through right past the cat.

I have a complete stock exhaust thats only held on by rubber hangers at the very end right before the bumped. Otherwise it's just bolted right to my cat which is bolted right to my manifold. No problems what so ever and it bounces ALL over the place.

You ever check for leaks?
