Alright, this is for my s10 so I figured it would fit off-topic :D I have an oil cooler on the side of the radiator with lines at the top and bottom, but they aren't marked so I have no idea how the lines go. GM changed this so they can't be mixed up the year after mine it seems, but that isn't helping me. Anyone know which should be hot and cold, top or bottom? I already asked on s10forum, but that place is so full of misinformation and wild guesses its almost useless.

:wtf: I am assuming that you know S-Chassis means nissan s-chassis not S10 or whatever but besides that i am guessing that the top would be the Hot/inlet and the bottom is the cold/outlet back to the tranny

Yeah I know its a nissan forum, but this should apply to all radiater tank oil coolers I would think. The problem is I'm not looking for a guess because I can do that myself, so far every other answer I have gotten has been the opposite of the last and thats pretty bad for a 50/50 shot. I really hate the s10 forums sometimes when it comes to anything mechanical, most people recommend just pulling the oil cooler lines off and plugging the block instead of replacing them when they go bad! :ugh:
